Demos’ Restaurants is hiring grill/line cooks to join our family. We’ll train you through an award-winning service program to maximize your earning potential with cross-training opportunities. The back-of-house team is the backbone of our operation.

No experience required—we provide comprehensive training; reliable transportation is preferred. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules, health insurance, paid vacation, and growth opportunities await as you become part of our team.

Responsibilities

• We want to WOW our customers by doing more than just cooking food.
• Coachable attitude
• Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building
• Follows our recipes and checklists to ensure a consistent product and safe environment
• Work with others to ensure orders get out in a timely fashion
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
• Must have the ability to handle high volume work
