Demos' Restaurant is hiring prep cooks to join our family. We train you to be part of our award-winning service staff and help you maximize earnings through cross-training opportunities. The back-of-house team is the backbone of our operation.

• We want to WOW our customers by doing more than just cooking food.
• Coachable attitude
• Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building
• Follows our recipes and checklists to ensure a consistent product and safe environment
• Work with others to ensure orders get out in a timely fashion
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
• Must have the ability to handle high volume work
