P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Spokane is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef to prepare meals according to recipes and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Possess or obtain a Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Demonstrate a love for food with attention to detail in cooking.
• Learn menu items and recipes and follow safety guidelines.
• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen and sanitation standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plate prepared foods according to chef's guidance
• Set up, operate, break down and clean kitchen equipment
• Assist with dishwashing, sweeping/mopping, and sanitation as needed
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food safety standards
