Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking a seasonal Line Cook to join our on-site kitchen teams across diverse dining outlets. You’ll help with food prep, station setup, and cooking under guidance, delivering quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Starting wage ranges from $15 to $18 per hour for a season, with mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays required. Perks include medical options, free skiing, 401k, and restaurant discounts for staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Culinary degree preferred for Line Cook III.
• 0–3 years culinary experience required depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Stock inventory and set up kitchen stations with supplies.
• Pre-preparing food for service and chopping ingredients.
• Cook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Keep workstation clean and organized and ensure high-quality output.
• Follow recipes and production sheets with attention to detail.
