Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is seeking a versatile Line Cook to join our seasonal dining team in Snowshoe, West Virginia. This role starts at $15–$18 per hour and runs through the winter season, with potential for extensions and advancement.

Responsibilities include stocking inventory, pre-prepping ingredients, cooking menu items, keeping stations clean, and delivering high-quality plates on time. On-site work with dining outlets.

Qualifications

• Basic written and verbal communication skills required.
• 0-3 years culinary experience depending on placement.
• Culinary degree preferred for Line Cook III.

Responsibilities

• Stock inventory and set up kitchen stations with supplies.
• Pre-preparing food for service (chopping, cutting, prepping sauces).
• Cook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Keep workstation and kitchen clean and organized.
• Ensure timely, high-quality plate delivery per recipes.
