Line Cook Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining a pristine prep station.
- Adhere to health codes and safety regulations daily, checking storage areas and food prep areas.
- Communicate with the chef regarding kitchen support, management, or BOH needs.
- Collaborate with servers to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
- Maintain recipe consistency to uphold Bottega Louie standards.
- Perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift, checking out with the manager on duty.
- Demonstrate leadership with expertise, enthusiasm, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
- Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission, and brand.
Compensation
- Starting at $20-$25/hr.
- Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor Standards Act.
- Tip pool distributions may range from $3.00-$5.00/hr based on recent sales data.
