A Line Cook is the backbone of our operation. We seek experienced individuals to prepare meals according to standardized recipes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include setting up stations, stocking inventory, maintaining sanitation, and ensuring high-quality, timely food delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, contributing to guest satisfaction and restaurant growth.

Essential Functions:
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary mise en place
  • Follow instructions from kitchen management
  • Prepare and cook menu items
  • Maintain professionalism and positive interactions with coworkers
  • Ensure food quality and timely service
  • Comply with nutrition and allergy standards
  • Assist with prep work such as pizza dough
  • Pass a Food Handlers Certificate within two weeks of hire
Other Functions:
  • Fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation
  • Adhere to health and safety standards
Physical Functions:
  • Stand/walk for at least 8 hours
  • Lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Work in warm and cool environments
  • Tolerate potential allergens such as peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
