Job summary

Le Moyne’s Chophouse at The Admiral in Mobile, AL is seeking a passionate Line Cook 1 to join our team. Working under the guidance of our Chef, you will craft high-quality dishes for our restaurant, bar, and banquets, bringing bold flavors and creative excellence to every plate.

We look for 1+ years of cooking experience, a current ServSafe certification, strong knife skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven cooking experience in upscale/luxury hotel/restaurant settings.
• Current ServSafe Food Handler certification.
• Strong knife skills and proficiency with professional kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Master the Line: sautéing, grilling, poaching, and braising with precision and knowledge of stocks and sauces.
• Follow recipes exactly, accommodate guest requests, ensure dazzle and delight presentation.
• Maintain a spotless, organized station and uphold health codes and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to manage inventory and support banquet execution.
