Job Description

This job requires the Twin Peaks Heart of House Line Cook to prepare best in class food for every Twin Peaks guest. Each HOH team member is defined by extreme standards & discipline that produce 100% Food Quality, Sanitation & Safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • Checking quality of ingredients
  • Maintaining clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensuring HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • Working effectively as a team
  • Training using tablets or computer
  • Performing any other duties as deemed necessary by management
Uniform Standards
  • Wearing a clean TP black hat facing forward at all times, brim never bent
  • Keeping hair clean and underneath the TP hat
  • Maintaining a clean-shaven face; beards & mustaches must be maintained
  • Keeping fingernails trimmed
  • Not wearing jewelry in ears, face, around the neck or wrists
  • Not wearing headphones or earbuds
  • Wearing a clean, non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in
Education and Experience

Proven experience as a Line Cook.

Language Skills

Ability to communicate in English, understand prep recipes and line build procedures.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions; deal with standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Attend orientation, complete HOH training, and comply with local and state regulations, including food and alcohol service certifications.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, handle objects, communicate, reach, lift up to 15 pounds, with specific vision abilities required.

Work Environment

Exposure to kitchen fumes, humidity, cleaning chemicals, and possibly cigarette smoke in some locations. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
