Job Description

This job requires the Twin Peaks Heart of House Line Cook to prepare best in class food for every Twin Peaks guest. Each HOH team member is defined by extreme standards & discipline that produce 100% Food Quality, Sanitation & Safety.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • Checking quality of ingredients
  • Maintaining clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensuring HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • Working as a team
  • Training using tablets or computer
  • Performing any other duty/responsibility deemed necessary by management
Uniform Standards
  • Keep the TP black hat facing forward at all times with the brim not bent
  • Keep hair clean and underneath the TP hat
  • Maintain a clean-shaven face; beards & mustaches must be maintained
  • Keep fingernails trimmed
  • No jewelry in ears, face, neck, or wrists
  • No headphones or earbuds
  • Wear a clean, non-faded, wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in
Education and Experience

Proven experience as a Line Cook.

Language Skills

Ability to communicate in English, understand prep recipes and line build procedures.

Reasoning Ability

Apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions; handle standardized situations with minimal variables.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Attend orientation, agree to policies and procedures, and complete required training including food and alcohol service certifications as applicable.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, handle objects, and communicate effectively; occasionally lift up to 15 pounds; specific vision abilities required.

Work Environment

Exposure to kitchen fumes, humid conditions, cleaning chemicals, and possibly cigarette or cigar smoke in guest smoking areas.
