This job requires the Twin Peaks Heart of House Line Cook to prepare best in class food for every Twin Peaks guest. Each HOH team member is defined by extreme standards & discipline that produce 100% Food Quality, Sanitation & Safety.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
Uniform Standards
  • Wear a clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent.
  • Keep hair clean and underneath the TP hat.
  • Maintain a clean-shaven face; beards & mustaches are allowed but must be maintained.
  • Trim fingernails regularly.
  • Jewelry is not permitted in ears, face, around the neck or wrists.
  • No headphones or earbuds allowed.
  • Wear a clean, non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in.
Education and Experience

Proven experience as a Line Cook.

Language Skills

Ability to communicate in English; understand prep recipes and line build procedures.

Reasoning Ability

Apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions; handle standardized situations with minimal variables.

Certificates and Licenses

Attend orientation and complete the HOH training program; obtain any required local and state certifications, such as food safety.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, handle objects, reach, lift up to 15 pounds, and have specific vision abilities.

Work Environment

Exposure to kitchen fumes, humid conditions, cleaning chemicals, and possibly cigarette smoke in some locations.
