Job summary

Main Street Station Casino Brewery Hotel in Las Vegas is seeking a Cook to prepare and finish orders using memorized standard recipes, ensuring quality and efficiency on the line. You will monitor food production and maintain station inventory to meet pars, while upholding strict safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires a minimum six months of cook experience, ability to stand for long shifts, and the physical capacity to handle up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of experience as a cook.
• Able to stand/walk for the duration of shift.
• Able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
• Other physical requirements include reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare food orders according to memorized standard recipes.
• Coordinate orders for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas at all times.
• Control waste by monitoring rotation, storage, and quantity control.
