PF Chang's China Bistro is hiring for multiple kitchen roles in a high-volume environment. We train you—no prior experience required—while you develop skills in cooking and plate presentation. Candidates should be 18+, willing to learn recipes, and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; training provided.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card or we’ll help you obtain one.
• Love for food with attention to weights, measurements and volumes.
• Ability to learn the menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the kitchen.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods according to chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down and clean all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
