Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring variety and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including all cooking stations.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food preparation.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Assist with catering events as needed, providing exceptional service and presentation.
Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
