Wildfire - Eden Prairie is seeking line cooks to join our vibrant team. You will be responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Line Cooks responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items.
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to safely and effectively use knives and kitchen tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed portioning controls and par levels.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Read a thermometer correctly and efficiently.
• Communicate any food delays or issues to Coordinator.
• Maintain menu item counts and notify management when quantities fall below minimums.
• Accurately account for all items coming out of the station.
• Follow allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
