Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is hiring a cook to prepare orders in a timely manner according to memorized standard recipes. You will monitor food production to ensure quality and maintain station inventory at all times.

Responsibilities include receiving and preparing orders, coordinating pick-ups, and upholding safety and sanitation procedures. The job requires at least six months of cook experience, ability to lift 75 pounds, and the stamina to stand through shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six months of experience as a cook.
• Stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
• Additional physical requirements include reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling and twisting.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain required licenses and/or certifications.

• Maintain inventory of station and order stock to maintain pars.
• Consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

• Must have a minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cook.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
• Other physical requirements of the position include but are not necessarily limited to reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
