  3. The line includes grill, sauté, flattop, and fryers. Knowledge of all stations is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is invaluable.
  4. Our menu features sandwiches and small, composed plates using the freshest ingredients, including locally sourced produce and meats when possible.
  5. Our open kitchen means all staff are part of the action and team.
  6. We are committed to providing an accessible, positive, fair, and respectful work environment for all employees.

The kitchen is open during the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: Noon - 11 pm
  • Friday: Noon - Midnight
  • Saturday: 11 am - Midnight
  • Sunday: 11 am - 11 pm
  • Brunch is available Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm.

Full-time employees (32+ hours) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60-90 days, with the employer covering 50%.
