Located in the vibrant expansion of Westfield Topanga, Topanga Social is a dynamic space where the Valley gathers to eat, drink, play, and shop. Covering over 50,000 square feet, it features a variety of bars, lounges, and eateries, including celebrity chef outlets and casual spots suitable for socializing, meetings, or shopping breaks.

Position: Line Cook

This role involves preparing food to ensure it meets quality standards, following recipes and safety regulations. The line cook reports to Lead Line Cooks, Culinary Supervisors, Sous Chefs, and the Executive Chef.

Essential Functions
  • Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
  • Use established ticket procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
  • Report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately.
  • Attend safety and in-service meetings.
  • Collaborate effectively with coworkers and management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
