Job summary

Grand Living in West Palm Beach is seeking a Line Cook to enhance Resident experiences through exceptional food production and strict control of quality and quantity at the station. You will work under the guidance of the Executive Chef to uphold The Sterling Touch standards.

The role requires 1+ year in a busy kitchen, ability to read recipes, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate in English. Shift 10:30am–Close; five days a week with weekends required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Culinary Arts or Apprenticeship preferred.
• 1+ year in fast-paced, cook-to-order kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to direct and train staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate meals with attention to quality and portion control.
• Operate under the Executive Chef's guidance and standards.
• Manage station items (meats, vegetables, desserts) ensuring consistency.
