Belmont Village Turtle Creek is seeking a Line Cook for its senior living community in Dallas. The role involves preparing meals from scratch, setting up, serving, and cleaning in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen, following company recipes to deliver a superior dining experience for residents and guests.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of line cook experience, can work varied shifts including early mornings and weekends, and demonstrates teamwork, reliability, and pride in service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Line Cook experience in a scratch kitchen/fast-paced restaurant.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals from scratch according to assigned recipe specifications and quality standards.
• Follow recipes, manage portion control and ensure attractive plate presentation.
• Properly manage cook times while preparing and efficiently managing several orders simultaneously.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
• Follow checklists and company procedures to ensure kitchen is stocked and well maintained at all times.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction.
