Job description

City Group Hospitality is seeking an experienced and hardworking Prep Cook to join our team at Rouj Creole. We emphasize creating a welcoming environment with high standards for food and service. This position offers growth opportunities towards culinary goals, including advancement to Sous Chef or Executive Chef.

The position pays $12.00 - $14.50 per hour. Benefits include flexible scheduling, leadership opportunities, and competitive pay.

  • Follow restaurant policies and guidelines
  • Be physically able to work on their feet for extended periods and lift 10-55 lbs.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred but not required: prior experience in a culinary setting.
