Job summary

Pizza Lucé in Minnesota is hiring a cook to be the beating heart of our busy kitchen. You will assemble menu items, keep a clean area, follow recipe specs, and work on sauté, pizza, or hoagie lines during high-volume shifts.

We\'re seeking hardworking, self-starters with 1+ year cooking experience, strong teamwork and attention to detail. Availability 3 pm to 1:30 am, full-time, with paid time off and great benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of cooking experience.
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work on a team.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Assemble menu items.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized cooking area.
• Ensure that all recipe specifications are followed.
• Adhere to proper food production techniques.
• Give special attention to orders with specific allergies, vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free requests to avoid cross-contamination.
• Perform duties associated with each area of the kitchen, as needed: prep food, wash dishes, cook on sauté, pizza, or hoagie line, and assist in the production of large party items and/or special events.
• Execute job functions quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure proper rotation, labeling, initialing, and dating of food and supplies.

AVAILABILITY NEEDED: 3 pm - 1:30 am (Full Time) Full PM availability Monday through Sunday, including closing shifts

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:

• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
