Job description

Hours are Monday-Sunday varying from 8am-10pm depending on the shift (6-8 hour shift avg). Morning shift is responsible for prep, setting up the kitchen, and lunch service. Evening shift is responsible for completing unfinished prep, cleaning tasks, evening service, and closing/cleaning the kitchen.

Other responsibilities include preparing gourmet food using fresh ingredients and various cooking equipment. Applicants must be reliable, able to work efficiently, accurately, and swiftly, follow directions, be willing to learn and improve daily, show pride in their work, and have a strong work ethic. This kitchen is very team-oriented and there is no room for negativity or slacking. This is a very fast-paced environment. Opportunities for rapid pay increase through demonstrated competency.
