Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required.
• Experience with garnish, pantry and line cooking or food service prep.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft applications, email and internet.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must apply for and maintain a Gaming License as required by Tribal Authority.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of meats, poultry, and seafood using different cooking techniques per standard procedures.
• Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipes to prepare soups, salads, gravies, and casseroles.
• May add spices and seasonings to menu items using approved recipes.
• Delivers exceptional guest service at applicable outlets with friendly, professional service.
• Plans menus with culinary staff and management for outlets and events.
• Uses correct knife skills and knife sharpening techniques.
• Mixes ingredients for all approved recipes.
• Keeps the work floor clean and free of debris; sanitizes surfaces and equipment.
• May work in different areas/outlets as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by culinary management.
