Job summary

Cooks will set up equipment, verify stock, and keep a clean, sanitary work area while adhering to safety standards. The role requires standing up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and full mobility for repetitive tasks. You'll perform duties as assigned by the supervising manager.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply IHOP-specialized galley terminology, plating, menu items and procedures according to company standards.
• Set up equipment, verify stock, and maintain a clean and sanitary work area while maintaining company sanitation standards.
• Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift, be able to lift at least 50 pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.
• Perform duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by acting supervisor, following governmental and company policies.
