Job Responsibilities:

Blue Moon Pizza cooks must have attention to detail in preparing menu items according to recipe standards. They must be able to perform all duties in the kitchen including prepping items, cleaning equipment, cooking, garnishing, and plating. Every BOH team member is responsible for their station and assisting others when needed. "That's not my job" does not exist at Blue Moon Pizza. We all do what needs to be done to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

A Blue Moon Pizza cook must work efficiently in an open, high-volume kitchen visible to guests. They should be able to reach, bend, and stand for long periods (at least 5 hours).
