Job description

Join to apply for the LINE COOK - Pawleys Plantation role at Founders Group International.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
  2. Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping/peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
  3. Execute menu items per recipe specifications.
  4. Clean up station to ensure an orderly and sanitized environment.
  5. Monitor ingredient quality and maintain appropriate stock levels.
  6. Ensure food quality and timing standards are met.
  7. Maintain professionalism with co-workers and guests.
  8. Rotate all dry, frozen, and chilled products to ensure freshness.
  9. Monitor stock levels and inform management of needs.
  10. Report quality or waste issues to supervisor.
  11. Maintain DHEC standards.
  12. Date and record all perishable items and dispose of expired products properly.
  13. Dispose of garbage at shift start and end.
  14. Report equipment issues to management.
  15. Foster positive relationships across departments.
  16. Arrive 15 minutes prior to shift and perform additional duties as assigned.
Safety Responsibilities
  1. Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or injuries immediately.
  2. Wear nonslip shoes and follow safety procedures outlined in employee manuals.
  3. Take personal responsibility for safety daily.
