FirstService Residential in Estero, FL is seeking a Line Cook to assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with the dining program and events. You will maintain a clean kitchen, train coworkers as needed, and support catering and daily kitchen operations.
The position requires basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and the ability to work across service types. Schedule is Wednesday to Sunday with full benefits and $20.00–$25.00 per hour.
As a Line Cook, you will be assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with the overall dining program and execution of all aspects of the culinary experience for theproperty from the daily operation of the restaurant catering and special events. The Cook will be responsible to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, as well as Training Co-workers on an as‑needed basis.
Wednesday - Sunday
As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
