What You'll Expect

As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and guest requests. You’ll maintain food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards while contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, cook, and present meals according to standard recipes.
• Manage cold and hot stations efficiently.
• Assist in food prep, decoration, and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset workstations after service.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and departmental standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding needs or issues.
• Participate in briefings and stay informed on promotions and events.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
