Job summary

Sarasota Bay Club is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will assist the Executive and Sous Chefs with preparation for lunch and dinner service for residents and guests, ensuring the highest quality and clean work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen environment or on-the-job training by a Sous Chef / 1-2 years in an approved Culinary Arts School preferred.

Responsibilities

• Station setup for lunch and dinner service for residents and guests.
• Shift breakdown and cleanup of kitchen and equipment.
• Prep according to Daily Prep Sheet and Chef requests.
• Follow instructions and recipes; maintain high food quality and clean work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
