Snooze Cumberland is seeking a Line Cook to turn out high quality breakfast items with pride and craftsmanship. Earn $17.00-$20.00 per hour, plus weekly pay and a supportive benefits package.

You will be responsible for food safety, recipe familiarity, precise knife work, and timely dish preparation using ovens, stoves, mixers, and prep tools. Maintain a clean, sanitary station and follow Snooze guidelines. Must be at least 17, with 1 year restaurant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Fast paced environment; 6 months in high-volume setting preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with management staff.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 17 years of age and authorized to work in the US.

Responsabilités

• Ensure quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes.
• Know menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety information.
• Prepare a variety of items using knives, mixers, blenders, processors, scales, and bags.
• Cook with ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work station and area.
• Handle products per Health Dept. standards and Snooze guidelines.
