Your Role

As a Restaurant Cook, you will deliver quality food to our customers while managing inventories and ensuring guests receive service that meets Neiman Marcus standards. This position is onsite and reports to the Restaurant Manager.

What You'll Do

• Ensure efficient restaurant operations by preparing food for daily menus and special events.
• Monitor inventory costs and profitability using production and order sheets.
• Communicate supply needs to the head cook.
• Coordinate with supervisors for any special preparations.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report malfunctions.

What You Bring

• Cooking experience.
• Experience with cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
