Red Robin in Holland, MI is hiring for Prep Cooks on a full-time or part-time basis. Join a high-volume, casual dining team and learn all aspects of kitchen prep, from cutting and mise to sautéing and grilling.

We value a strong team player with clear communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to health and safety standards. Flexible hours and opportunities for advancement are available.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Learn Red Robin style of food preparation including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying and cooking a variety of dishes.
• Support back-of-house operations and food prep to ensure smooth kitchen flow.

If you are:

• A strong Team Player

• Able to prepare the best quality of food with uncompromising Health & Safety Standards

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
