Job summary

Good Company Doughnuts and Café is seeking a Line Cook to deliver consistent quality dishes in a fast-paced cafe environment across multiple Arlington locations.

As a full-time hourly role, you’ll work with the Chef on menu execution, maintain a clean kitchen, and contribute to a team dedicated to great food, customer service, and positive company culture. Experience in casual dining and a willingness to train and lead staff are valued.

JOB TITLE: Line Cook

The primary responsibility of this position is the consistent production of quality food and the required supporting tasks to achieve that goal including:

• -Preparing and executing dishes
• -Collaborating with Sous Chef to execute dishes
• -Adhere to kitchen processes
• -Other tasks as assigned

Full-time hourly position reporting to the Chef

COMPENSATION: $15 / hr. ($14 - $16 / hr. base pay + TIPS avg. $4 - $9 / hr.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the chefs in all kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Drop Box, and the Google Drive Suite
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
• A history in casual dining management of at least five years working as a Café or Restaurant Manager.
