• Open availability for day shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and café standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before and during service.
• Ensure food is prepared efficiently, correctly, and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper dishwashing, surface sanitization, and trash removal.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and proper food storage.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Support the kitchen team in daily tasks and café operations.
• Participate in any training sessions or skill-building workshops as required.
