As a Line Cook, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen team, creating delectable dishes that showcase the rich flavors of the South. Responsibilities

• Preparing and executing a wide range of Southern-inspired dishes with precision and attention to detail.
• Following recipes and maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
• Practicing proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Adhering to established cooking methods, portion sizes, and plating techniques to deliver consistent and exceptional dishes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
