Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill & Margarita Bar in Henderson, KY is seeking a capable Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will monitor prep, follow recipes, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality plates are prepared and presented consistently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the preparation of all food products to ensure they meet food safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and supply food items to the cook’s line.
• Prepare foods using the prep list to ensure fresh product.
• Maintain the mesquite fire at proper levels to ensure proper cooking surface on the grill.
• Complete HACCP accurately and notify a manager when items are not correct.
• Prepare product tags and stock items for designated work area.
• Prepare food to specifications and ensure a steady flow of products to expo.
