Ginger Cove in Annapolis, MD is seeking Full-Time or Part-Time Line Cooks to join our Culinary Services team. Earn $20.44–$23.30 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus (full-time) or $1,500 (part-time).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary school degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in healthcare or senior living a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and daily menus.
• Plate meals with attention to presentation and portion control.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food temperatures and keep food safety logs.
• Assist with meal prep for special events and functions.
