Located in the new expansion of Westfield Topanga, Topanga Social offers a vibrant space for eating, drinking, playing, and shopping. It features over 50,000 square feet of flexible, inclusive space with indoor and outdoor options, hosting a diverse range of eateries, including celebrity chef outlets.

Position

The Line Cook prepares food to ensure proper flavor and presentation, complying with all safety and quality standards. Reports to Lead Line Cooks, Culinary Supervisors, Sous Chefs, and the Executive Chef.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and standards.
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning and temperature.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in planning, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
  • Attend safety and training meetings.
  • Maintain professional relationships with team members and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
