Position Overview:

As a Team Member working in the Kitchen, you will be an ambassador of Ladybird and our core values. You will be an integral part of the guest experience, creating delicious, high-quality food. Your role is to ensure we serve products that meet our quality and food safety standards. You will report to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.

Every team member at Ladybird Taco is responsible for upholding our core values, and being willing to get your hands dirty to keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards, preventing cross-contamination
• Prepare all cold and hot food items using prep worksheets
• Follow proper knife safety procedures
• Operate oven and hot prep equipment, ensuring proper time and temperature
• Operate cold prep equipment like fit-wash and robot coupe
• Maintain clean, food-safe dish and prep stations throughout the shift
• Set up and break down oven station, keep hot prep zone organized
• Communicate effectively with team members and manage inventory needs
• Learn and stay updated on menu and ingredients
• Receive and put away orders
