Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Lead Line Cook in a full-time role in Truckee, CA. The position requires evenings, weekends and holidays and emphasizes high sanitation standards and efficient kitchen operations.

You will prepare meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets, maintain orderly storage and assist the manager with specials. Previous similar-role experience is required and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.

• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Strong sanitation and safety knowledge is essential.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Basic understanding of or the ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of food preparation health and safety guidelines
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player
