The Experience Senior Living LLC. in Tampa is seeking a Line Cook to join our hospitality-focused team at The Gallery Tampa, opening October 2026.

This role supports fine dining experiences for residents and guests, collaborating with the Director of Culinary Services and Executive Director. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years as a cook in hospitality or healthcare, with a state-permitted food handler, ability to read recipes, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years cook experience in hospitality or healthcare.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law.
• Able to read recipes and production guides.
• Read and follow logs and schedules.
• Engage with residents and build relationships.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of culinary customer service and promote a fine dining experience.
• Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen and food storage and preparation areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Responsible for the opening and/or closing of the kitchen.
• Prepare and assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Prepare and ensure snacks and beverages are available to residents at all times.
