Job Overview

As the Line Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation during your shift, following Grand Casino’s standards and specifications.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all foods according to recipes.
  2. Follow recipes and production specifications.
  3. Understand and execute menu items.
  4. Assist in all food production areas as needed.
  5. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area per health regulations.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  7. Follow safety and security regulations.
  8. Prioritize and execute multiple orders efficiently and safely.
  9. Be knowledgeable and capable of working in other Food and Beverage outlets.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned to support department success.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of restaurant kitchen experience; 1 year preferred.
  • Serv-Safe Certification is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain Gaming Regulatory Authority license.
  • Compliance with Gaming Regulations.
  • Preference for Mille Lacs Band Members and American Indian applicants.
