Job Description

Our Cook is responsible for the flawless preparation and presentation of the menu created by the Executive Chef and for ensuring our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
2. Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to over-prepare.
3. Return all unused food items to designated storage areas.
4. Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: At least 1 year as a prep line/cook

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, twist, climb stairs, and work on slippery floors. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
