Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a hot, damp environment.
• Must read, organize and execute tickets for cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to recipe requirements and guidelines.
• Ensure all prepared food meets the restaurant's quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workstation at all times.
• Communicate ticket times and potential issues with staff and managers.
• Assist with stocking and setting up workstations and equipment checks.
