You will work multiple stations, follow established recipes, maintain sanitation, and support opening and closing duties. English fluency, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Line Cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, or casino.
• Ability to follow recipes and cooking sequences.
• Comfort using kitchen tools such as knives, fryers, grills, and ovens.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-heat, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and portion standards
• Work multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and prep
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with SNHD and company standards
• Assist with daily prep, restocking, and proper food storage
• Follow food safety procedures including labeling, rotation, and temperature control
• Support opening and closing duties including equipment setup and breakdown
• Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth service
• Deliver Family‑Style Service in every interaction with guests and team members
