You’ll help bring our Family Style Service to life—behind the scenes and on every plate. Responsibilities include preparing items to Smashburger standards, maintaining a clean workstation, following recipes and portion guidelines, and ensuring proper food handling

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or fast-casual kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to work in a high-heat, fast-paced environment.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card (required).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to Smashburger standards with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout your shift.
• Follow all recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen setup.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Support a positive, team‑focused kitchen environment.
• Uphold Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service through quality, consistency, and teamwork.
