Overview

The Live! Line Cook is responsible for properly preparing and cooking all food items in a safe, timely, organized manner, maintaining high quality of foods.

Responsibilities

• Produce from standardized recipes.
• Prepare, portion, and cook food accordingly.
• Ensure stations are prepared to meet anticipated business levels, assisting fellow staff when needed.
• Meet ticket time requirements consistently.
• Perform daily cleaning duties following sanitation guidelines.
• Handle high volume cooking and plating while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with kitchen personnel to ensure high-quality food, timely service, proper handling, and a sanitary kitchen.
• Follow procedures and work under supervision of culinary management.
• Promote teamwork and communication with other departments.
• Interact with guests occasionally.
• Maintain appearance standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in smoke-filled environments.
• RAMP and Serv-Safe certification.
