  • Create and design new and unique menu items.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing department budgets and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment, following preventative maintenance programs.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and labor regulations applicable to the kitchen and staff.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a line cook or similar role.
  • Attention to detail and creativity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary and food safety certifications preferred.
