This position is responsible for cooking and cold food production for patients and retail cafes. Cooks use batch cooking techniques; follow safe food handling and storage to ensure high-quality foods for our customers and patients. Some positions require front-of-the-house service production in front of guests, including serving food, setting up and tearing down food service stations, and transporting supplies, food, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Staff are also responsible for cleaning and sanitation of equipment, carts, and work areas.
